     W H Grindley was an English pottery company that made earthenware and ironstone tableware. William Harry Grindley of Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent England, founded the company in 1880. W H Grindley was taken over by Alfred Clough in 1960 and became known as Grindley of Stoke in 1978. The china was produced for Canadian, United States, South American, and Australian markets. It has the Roslyn pattern that is a pink rose and vine rim, center bud, with scallop edge, and there is some gold term on the handles and a emboss design on the handles. It has the green circle wreath hallmark on the back that indicates it could be from the years 1914 to 1925 and has a red stamp with Roslyn which is the name of the pattern. At the top of the wreath is the words “The Duchess” this is where the mystery starts. I did find one location that mentions the word “Duchess” without the word “the” which had a list of other patterns names in hyperlink, but duchess was not in a hyperlink. I believe Duchess refers to the plater’s style or design. There is a number that was stamped into the platter when the clay was wet which are 57 which could indicate year, plant, mold, refers to batch number, etc. There is one small chip on the underside. (see photo) other than that, it is in excellent condition with no cracks, necks, repairs, fleabites, or stains.

Antique Disclosures
AD-1 - Antique Age
     GDWebstore definition antiques as being 50s years old or older and Collectables are from 20 years to 49 years old. Anything under 19 years is just old.
AD-2 - Antique Yarn
     The company(s) that made this yarn is no longer in business or is no longer making this brand and/or color. I only have what is seen in the photos and no more and I cannot get any more. Therefore, if you are going to buy the yarn for a project make sure there is enough yarn to finish the project. I have no more of this yarn.
AD-3 - Antique Sales
     The antiques and collectables items in GDWstore are old and have been used by one or more people throughout the decades. There are no replacements items for most of these items. These items are sold AS ISand no returns in most cases. These items are old used item from the past and most of them have some kind of damage or wear to them.
AD-4 - The Pictures of these Antique 
     When taking pictures of antiques or collectibles items the first photo taken is considered as the front view regardless of if it is the front of that item or not. All photos are taken in a clockwise rotation, then the top view and last the bottom view. Any other photos after the first six (if there are six sides) are taken in random order. Photos have been coped to make the item the same size and scale. If the item has any damages, close-up photos are taken of the damage(s). Sometimes damage will not show up in the photos.

CD-1 - United States Postal Service (USPS)
     This is GDWstore's primary default carrier for shipping merchandise. When using this carrier GDWstore uses retail ground shipping is used by default unless there is a shipping request at the time of checkout. The choices GDWstore offers customers is:
  • Retail Ground = Deliver time up to 8 busness days - by Default

  • Priority Mail = Deliver time 1 to 3 business day depending on distance

  • Priority Mail Express = Overnight to 2 business days depending on distance

     If another form of shipping is preferred with this carrier, it must be stated at the time of checkout, request changes are not a grarenteed to happen. CD-2 - United Parcel Service (UPS) 
     This Is GDWstore secondary default carrier for shipping merchandise when USPS is not able to make the delivery. When using this carrier to ship merchandise ground shipping rates is used by default unless the customer requests another form of shipping through this carrier. GDWstore offers three shipping options with this carriers which are:
  • UPS Ground = 1 to 5 business days - by Default

  • UPS 3 Day Select

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

CD-3 - Shipmets from Outside USA Boarders
(Applies to New Merchandise Carriers)
     Manufactures, suppliers, and warehouses make their own choice on which carrier is used to deliver your merchandise and not GDWStore. Merchandise shipped from outside of the US border many have more than one carrier to deliver your merchandise. These manufactures, suppliers, and warehouses will not take request from customers for other types of carriers. Merchandise shipped inside US borders in most cases will only have one carrier that is Come on. used, and the supplier or warehouse decides which carrier is used to ship your merchandise to you. GDWstore has no control over which carrier they use. If you what another carrier to deliver your merchandise GDWstore can submit a request however there is no guarantee the request will be honored. This request will only apply to merchandise shipped inside US boards not to merchandise being shipped from outside US boarders.
CD-4 Tracking Numbers

     Tracking numbers are not required for merchandise sold and shipped through GDWstore, it is optional. GDWstore will provide tracking numbers in consideration if we get a tracking number from the warehouse or supplier. It may take up to 7 business days before we receive a tracking number from the warehouse or supplier if they provide. If your merchandise is coming from outside of the USA borders there may be more than one tracking number, an overseas carrier tracking number and domestic carrier tracking number. All international tracking numbers are log onto more than one international tracking service. There are many services online just type in the search “International Package Tracking” and put your tracking number in that you get from GDWstore and tracking information should come up if not try another traking  service. Domestic carrier tracking numbers like USPS, USP, FedEx, etc. are only provided when the package has passed through customs in most cases

Shipping Disclosures
SD-1 - Product From Outside U.S.A. Boarders

     Some products are import from other countries manufacture, factories, suppliers, or warehouses straight to your given local address. The Shipping time for these products can be from 15 business days to 60 business days. The delivery time will be stated in the “Product and Shipping Information” chart below the product's description in the “Shipping Time” box of the chart. The country the merchandise is being shipped from will be stated in the “Product and Shipping Information” chart in the “Shipped From” box of the chart. Some products are shipped from country of origin to a warehouse within the USA borders which will be marked in the “Product and  Shipping Information” chart in the “Shipped From” box as “USA or U.S.A." Therefore, shipping time for these items is about 5 to15 business days. GDWstore is sometime informed that products are being stored in a USA Warehouses and sometimes not. If not informed where the warehouse is the “Shipped From” box on the “Product and Shipping Information” chart will have country of origin. Sometimes these products from other countries may go out of stock or be discontinued without any notice to GDWstore. In these cases, GDWstore will look for another supplier for the product which may affect the products price, in these case GDWswtore will contact you and let you know of the changes so you can make the choice to continuing with the purchase or ask for a refund.

     This supplier or warehouse will only ship to the lower 48 states and collect centers in Alaska, Hawaii, or APO or FPO centers. For collect centers to be used a zip code is required. They will not ship to the US territories even if they have a collect centers and a zip code.

     This supplier or warehouse will only ship within the lower 48 state due to shipping restrictions, product type, legal restrictions, policy violations, or carriers standers. This could apply to new, used, antiques, collectibles, or other products with special restriction characteristics. We plan to have the products we sale in the store shipped to you however, some states have requirements that need to be considered and standers that need to be meant or evaluated which would be done on a state-by-state bases.

WSR-1 - Weight and Size Restriction

      Due to the weight and/or Now. I don't want to be a gadget. OK, you have two options here. One, you have. the customer. pay the taxes At the time they purchase. taken out by the supplier. or whoever. Whatever. store. They buy the product yet, which means. if anybody product is shop by then Shopify takes the tax partners to taxes. It takes it out and sends it to that state. If you exempt yourself from it. Then Shopify, which own buys shopping in Shopify Shopify gives not and the taxes to it. You have to add the taxes to the order that you have to pay the state. Count all the states and territories. 50. 8. There's 62. I guess it is. 567911 1215. You're 65 65 steaks and territories to the United States. So this means you have to keep track of 65 states. and territories. What their tax amount is how much you're sold in that state. How much you have to send to him at the end of the year. This is a real headache. This means that the end of year, if you didn't save enough money in the account to cover all the taxes you pay for it out of your pocket. I find it a lot easier that I don't exempt myself. And I let Shopify and everyone else. shopify eBay and everyone else. Let them collect the taxes. And send it to these states and territories. I don't want to be bothered with it. That's how that works. Make it as simple as possible. Okay, I don't see anything else there. I guess I pretty well covered it all.      This policy will provide you with information about shipping services or carriers, shipping cost, shipping insurance and other useful shipping information. Shipping cost, fees, postage, handling charges, etc. are terms used by shipping service like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Oversized Carrier, Freightliners, Trucking firms and independent truckers two defined their charges for transporting goods around the country. Merchandise sold in GDWstore use these third-party carriers to get your merchandise to your location. Because they are in depended from GDWstore and our affiliates they are considered as third party and will be called third-party shipping carrier or services in this policy. First party is GDWstore, second- party is our affiliates. We have no control over the third-party shipping carrier or services prices. The third-party shipping service or carrier set their own prices for shipping packages, which is, based on size, weight, and destination of the package. In addition, which third-party shipping service or carrier that is being used, will affect the price for shipping packages. When GDWstore and our affiliates are shipping merchandise out, we will contact thethird-party shipping service or carrier with the lowest shipping rate for you merchandise. The third-party shipping service or carriers work together to move package and in most case the carrier that dose the final deliver of package to your door is one of these carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. In most case, USPS has the lows rate and goes to every business, and home in America. When GDWstore places an order to our affiliates we do not know which third-party shipping service or carrier is going to be used until GDWstore gets a tracking number, which can take from 24 hours to seven days in sometimes and times no tracking number is given. GDWstore does not have to provide a tracking number to our customers; however, GDWstore does provide a tracking number to our customers so you can track your package. If you do not get a tracking number for your package, it is because we did not get a tracking number from the supplier. GDWstore does not accept C.O.D’s and we try very hard to prevent C.O.D’s to our customers, but sometimes it may happen. You pay shipping cost at the time you checkout and pay for your merchandise. At that time the shipping rate is lock in, cannot, and should not change.
Tracking Information and Numbers
     Sometime multiple third-party shipping service or carriers are used. In cases, where multiple third-party shipping service or carriers are used to ship the merchandise to its destination, there may not be a tracking numbers or tracking information to give to the you. Sometimes the customer may get two or more tracking numbers. This can happen if more than one third-party shipping service or carrier is used or it could be the customer bought more than one item in the store and they are coming from more than one location. GDWstore asks for your full name, phone number with area code, correct destination address, and email address so if there is a problem with the shipment we can contact and let you know that there is a problem. Once deliver is complete, this information is not need no more and is deleted. Some of the third-party shipping service or carrier may contact you to setup a delivery time, or inform you than a shipment is go to be delivery or has been delivered.
Shipping Insurance
     When GDWstore or our affiliates are shipping merchandise out, there will be shipping insurance on the merchandise to cover the cost of the merchandise in case it is lost, damage, stolen, or broken in transit. If the merchandise is lost, damage, stolen, or broken in transit from GDWstore or our affiliates, to the customer’s location, it is GDWstore or our affiliate’s reasonability to file a damage claim with the third-party shipping service or carrier to recover the merchandise’s value, and the shipping cost. If the customer is returning merchandise, then the customer should buy shipping insurance when returning the merchandise. Then if the merchandise is lost, damage, stolen, or broken in transit the customer will be reimbursed for the merchandise’s value, and the shipping cast. It is also the customers reasonability to file a damage claim with the third-party shipping service or carrier. Most third-party shipping service or carriers have a minimum amount of shipping insurance on package, which is about $50.00 to $100.00. Check with the third-party shipping service or carrier to see if it is enough to cover the value of the package’s content, if not then the customer will need to buy more insurant to cover the value of the package’s content. GDWstore or our affiliates will not take reasonability of the returning merchandise until the third-party shipping service or carrier has delivered the merchandise to GDWstore’s location or our affiliate’s location. GDWstore, or our affiliates will not approve or issue a refund, exchange, or replacement until we have received the merchandise at GDWstore’s location or our affiliate’s location in the same condition when it was sent.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO
     USPS Ground shipping will be used by default unless the customer requests another form of shipping for their merchandise. These third-party shipping service or carriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) also use ground-shipping services. If another form of shipping is preferred, other than the default it must be chosen at the time you checkout there is a list third-party shipping carrier or services that are provides if the third-party shipping carrier or services is not on the list contact GDWstore at: gdwstore@yahoo.com. If there is no other third-party shipping carrier or services are chosen then it will be shipped by default ground shipping. We reserve the right to ship the order by the most cost effective method when choosing ground shipping. Remember: UPS, FedEx, or DHL do not ship to PO Boxes in the lower 48 states. If another form of shipping is preferred, it must be stated on the checkout page in the comment box at the bottom of the page where it says, “Add a note to your order” to make a request on which services you prefers. If there is no note, add to the comment box (about shipping) then it will be shipped by default ground shipping. We reserve the right to ship the order by the most cost effective method when choosing ground shipping. Remember: UPS, FedEx, or DHL do not ship to PO Boxes in the lower 48 states. Choose USPS (if available) If you have a P.O.box in the lower 48 state and want to buy an item that has the red note that states they do not ship to P.O. Free Shipping
     Free shipping only applies to ground shipping. Some merchandise may be marked as “Free Shipping” in GDWstore and/or our sub-stores. Any merchandise that is marked with “Free Shipping” the customer will not be charged for shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. Free shipping does not apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, or U.S. Territories. If the customer is returning the merchandise for a replacement of the same product then the customer will not pay the returning shipping cost to return the merchandise back to GDWstore or our affiliates and the new replacement will be shipped to the customer at no cost. (This is a onetime, on the first round shipping) If the merchandise is being exchange for a different product that also has free shipping then the customer will not pay the shipping charges. If the customer is returning the merchandise for a diffident product that does not have free shipping then the customer will be charge a shipping rate. Free shipping is applied to the product not to the page, not the category, and not for all of the merchandise in GDWstore’s stores. Any other form of shipping, the merchandise, to the customer will incur an additional shipping charge. (Read, “Expedited or Speedy Delivery” below) The customer is responsible for any extra shipping cost when sending or returning merchandise, when the customer wants to use Speedy Delivery services or Expedited service. 
Flat Rate
     On many small items, GDWstore or our affiliates may use the flat rate shipping service option  for shipments to anywhere in the lower 48 states. The four shipping carriers mentioned in this police all have some kind of special package shipping rate service like USPS flat rate boxes. The flat rate only applies to outbound merchandise from GDWstore or our affiliates not for returns from the customer to GDWstore or our affiliates. If the customer wants to return merchandise and wants to pay the special package rate shipping charge, this is the customer choose. This special package rate applies only to ground shipping. If the customer chooses to use Expedited or Speedy Delivery, read the section about “Expedited or Speedy Delivery.” Please note that special package rate shipping cannot be used when shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. 
Expedited or Speedy Delivery
     When choosing to use Expedited or Speedy Delivery option like (Next Day, 2nd
Day, or 3 Day) from any of the four shipping services or carriers mentioned in this policy, check with these third-party services or carriers to see if they deliver to the destination address. (Not all of these shippers cover the whole U.S.) Merchandise that is stated “Free Shipping” on the description page of that product; the free shipping only applies to ground shipments not air, overseas, expedited, or speedy delivery. If the customer prefers different shipping method, other than the “Free Shipping Ground” option, then free shipping does not applied to the order. Expedited or Speedy Delivery order most be in by 3 p.m. in the time zone of the customer’s location for Next Day, 2 Days, or 3 Day delivery options and if the order is placed after 3:00pm then another day will be add in most cases. There is no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays for some of the four carriers mentioned in this Policy. Check with the carrier first before using these services. Keep this in mind, before paying the extra charge for “Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day” deliver service, any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sundays or over a major holiday may take longer than the desirable timeline. (Example: an order is placed on Friday at 3:01p.m. for Next Day delivery and the carrier does not deliver on weekends you will not get the package overnight it will be sent on the next business day which would be Monday which would mean it is a three day delivery.) GDWstore or our affiliates are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the third-party shipping service or carriers. Actual delivery times are subject to changes at any time by the third-party service or carriers without any notice
Oversized/ Overweight Shipments
     If the customer refused to accept the merchandise that the customer order, the customer will be charged a 20% handling fee for not accepting the package plus any returning shipping charges or fees, even if it was free shipping to the customer. In addition, shipping charges are not refundable on refused orders. Packages returned to GDWstore or our affiliates by the third-party service or carrier for insufficient address, incorrect address, and inability to deliver, or for any other undeliverable reason that is not the fault of GDWstore or our affiliates, or the third-party service or carrier, the customer will be charge a handling fee, a restock fee and any shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable on orders returned by the third-party service or carrier that is collect on delivery. (COD’s) The customer will be charge for all shipping cost to and from GDWstore’s location or our affiliate’s locations. If undeliverable merchandise is returned and there is no contact from the customer about the undeliverable merchandise the merchandise will be at the discretion of the third-party serves or carrier, GDWstore, or our affiliates which ever has the shipment what is to be done with it.
Undeliverable Merchandise
     If the customer refused to accept the merchandise that the customer order, the customer will be charged a 20% handling fee for not accepting the package plus any returning shipping charges or fees, even if it was free shipping. In addition, shipping charges are not refundable on refused orders or any orders. Packages returned to GDWstore or our affiliates by the carrier for insufficient address, incorrect address, and inability to deliver, or for any other undeliverable reason that is not the fault of GDWstore or our affiliates, or the shipping service or carrier, the customer will be charge a handling fee, a restock fee and any shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable on orders returned by the shipping service or carrier requesting collect on delivery. (COD’s) The customer will be charge for all shipping cost to and from GDWstore’s location or our affiliate’s locations. If undeliverable merchandise is returned and there is no contact from the customer or there is a request from the customer for a refund without accepting the merchandise there will be a 20% to 30% restocking fee along with the 20% handling fee, plus any shipping charges, fees, or other charges that was needed for transporting the undeliverable merchandise.
USPS Information
United States Postal Service or known as USPS – is the oldest and most commonly used carrier in the United States. USPS is an independent agency and not part of the United States government. USPS is responsible for providing postal service to all address and P.O. Box’s in the United States and this includes the US Territories, which are Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam Islands, Mariana Islands, and the Canal Zone. The heaviest weight that USPS will handle is 70 lbs. per package. The ground delivery timeline is from 5 to 15 business days for shipments in the lower 48 states. However, ground service timeline is not a guaranteed that the package will be delivered in 5 to 15 business days. Appointment delivery by a certain date and/or time is not available, no deliveries to alternate location or address. In most case, they will provide tracking information. The core function of the USPS is to provide secure, reliable, affordable delivery of mail and packages to every address in America and its territories, and military installations worldwide.

UPS Information
      United Parcel Service or known as UPS – is the second olds deliver service in the United States and is a Global and domestic delivery service, which works with the USPS to deliver packages. UPS provide faster service along with insurance and detailed tracking. There is a wait time, up to two business days before getting tracking information from this carrier. Some packages UPS will only deliver to the receiver’s town or city then USPS dose the final address delivery. They do have Saturday deliveries. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. The maximum weight that UPS will handle is 100 lbs. Any package that is between 100 – 150 lbs. may or may not be transport by UPS. Anything over 150 lbs. UPS will use an Oversized Shippers, Freightliners, or Trucking service. In most cases, ground shipments will take about, 5 to 15 business days. UPS does have appointment deliveries for deliver day and/or time; they will deliver to alternate location or address. Packages weighing 10 lbs. or less, shipped through UPS, UPS may use the USPS to deliver the package to its final address destination. UPS does not include the pickup day, weekend, or holidays when calculating the time in transit. (Keep this in mind, if using the Expedited or Speedy Delivery) Allow two business days to receive tracking information via email.

     Federal Express or known as FedXe – is the fourth olds company and is a Global and domestic deliver service. FedXe delivers packages to over 200 countries and territories. FedXe work with the USPS to deliver packages, in some cases FedXe may only deliver to the receiver’s town, or city then FedXe will use USPS for the final address delivery. FedEx does offer appointment delivers for specific days and/or time. FedXe delivery timeline is 1–5 business days within the lower 48 states and 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. The maximum weight that FedXe will carrier is 70 lbs. per package and anything over the 70 lbs. FedXe will use an Oversized Shippers, Freightliner, or Trucking service for these packages. There is no delivers on Sunday or major Holidays. FedEx offer delivery to every address in the lower 48 states. Tracking information will be sent to the customer (if one is provided) which will give the status of the package that is being shipped. FedXe offers three delivery options for the customers convenience which is Regular delivery which is anytime within FedEx’s normal operating hours, Evening Home Delivery which is provide between the hours of 5:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday to Saturday, and Appointment Home Delivery which is between Tuesday–Saturday, from 9:00am-8:00pm.

DHL Information and Shipping Rates
     DHL Express or known as DHL – is primarily a Global shipping service however, DHL does do some domestic delivers in a few locations in the nation. DHL services over 200 countries and territories. If shipping within the U.S. with DHL domestic shipping, they offer fast, dependable deliveries and returns. DHL protection plane will coverage packages up to $100 in value per package, which will protect against lost, damage, stolen, or broken merchandise while the package is in transit. DHL also work with the USPS to deliver packages to the final address locations. sometimes DHL will only deliver to the receiver’s town, or city. Then DHL will turn the package over to USPS for final delivery to the receiver’s DHL reserves the right to, re-weigh, and re-measured all packages to confirm that the calculation for that package is correct. DHL reserves these rights for two main reasons:  (1)- DHL does mostly Global shipping in which weight is a critical factor for air shipments going oversea, and (2)- Because DHL is mostly an Global carrier they also reserve the right to open and inspect packages without notice for safety, security, customs, or other regulatory reasons. DHL will not deliver to PO boxes. The maximum weight that DHL will handle is 150 lbs. anything over the 150lbs. DHL will use an Oversized Shippers, Freightliners, or Trucking service. This carrier will deliver to central receiving area in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses however; the package must have a U.S. area code. DHL may deliver to the receiver’s address that is provided but not necessarily to the named receiver personally. If a delivery was missed, the receiver will be offered alternative delivery options such as redeliver to the same address,  delivery on another day, no signature required delivery, have the package delivered to another location, or picked-up at a DHL area location.

Returning Merchandise
     For delivered merchandise, that involves “buyer remorse” or “no defective,” or “no damaged” or any other returnable reasons for returning the merchandise, must be unused and undamaged. GDWstore will accept requests for the returning of merchandise that is submitted to GDWstore for approval. All returns must be pre-authorized, which can be done by contacting GDWstore at: gdwstore@yahoo.com   within thirty days (30) and all guidelines in these polices are followed. Time starts from delivery dates of the merchandise to the given address at the time you checked out, paid for the merchandise, and requesting for information for returning the unused merchandise. To be eligible to return merchandise, all merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and resell-able condition as determined by GDWstore or our affiliates. Merchandise must be in its original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. We guarantee against manufacturers' defective or damages for 30 days from the delivery date, except for merchandise mentioned in the “Non-Returnable Merchandise” section of this Return Policy.” Products with Manufacturer Warranties, which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their return policies. Merchandise that involves buyer remorse, no defective, no damaged or no other returnable reasons could be charged a restock fee from 20% to 30% and a handling fee of 20%, which will be deducted from the final refund along with any shipping charges or other charges if they apply. GDWstore work with many manufacturers, fulfillment companies, warehouses, venders, and suppliers in which each one of them have their own return policies, requirements, terms, and conditions. Some of GDWstore’s affiliates charge a restock fee and some do not. It will depend on which affiliates the merchandise is shipped from and that affiliates return policies that will determine if there is any fee or not.
     Some of our affiliates do offer free return shipping and some do not you must contact GDWstore for information before shipping the package back to the sender, this will be a onetime round shipping per item. Free shipping may not be offered for the merchandise that is shipped back to the customer’s address from GDWstore or our affiliates. If the merchandise that is being returned back to either GDWstore or our affiliates is rejected for any reason, there is no refund, exchange, or replacement and the customer may have to pay the cost to shipping the merchandise back to the customer’s location. Shipping cost, fees, postage, handling charges, etc. are charges from third-party shipping carriers or services and are paid for by the customer at the time of checkout. Merchandise that is being shipped to the customer by a third-party shipping carrier or service, GDWstore has no control over third-party shipping carrier or services prices. The third-party shipping carriers or service set their own prices for, fees, postage, handling charges, etc., for shipping the merchandise, which is based on the size, weight, and destination of the package that is being shipped. In addition, which shipping carrier or service that is being used will affect the price for shipping. When GDWstore is shipping merchandise out, we will contact the carrier with the lowest shipping rate for your order. When returning merchandise, the shipping cost will be paid for by the customer, not by GDWstore or our affiliates if free return shipping is not offered. We will not accept C.O.D.’s. When GDWstore or our affiliates received the returning merchandise, it will be inspected for any damage or missing parts before a refund can be processed. Merchandise must be in its original condition and in resalable condition, with all of the original packaging material and accessors. Merchandise that is returned without all of its original packaging material or accessories could be charged a 20% fee along with the 20% to 30% restocking fee. (If it applies) If the merchandise was sold with the manufacturer original packaging material and it is returned without the manufacturer original packaging material or the manufacturer’s original packaging material has be open or damage, there will be a refund, exchange, or replacement. All returning merchandise must be in good condition and has not been abused by any humans, child, or animals in anyway. If it had been used or abuse, it will either be returned back to the customer at the customer expense or charged an auction resale fees of 35%. Merchandise that is damage during shipping from GDWstore or our affiliates to the customer, that is opened or damage in transit and there are or maybe missing parts; you must report it to GDWstore at gdwstore@yahoo.com  within 24 hours from the date it was delivered to your location. There is no refund, exchange, or replacement for damaged or lost merchandise in transit from customer’s location to GDWstore or our affiliates. The Customer should contact the shipping carrier or service and file a damage claim with the shipping carrier or service for the damages merchandise.
Return Timeline
     The customer has 48 hours from deliver date to made contact with GDWstore, by email, at gdwstore@yahoo.com to request returning information for returning the merchandise. After contacting GDWstore by email with a return request, the customer will receive an email in return with returning information and address to return the merchandise. On receiving the return information, customer will have ten (10) days to provide GDWstore with a tracking number. If the third-party shipping carrier or service is slow at delivering the merchandise, back to GDWstore or our affiliates do to shipping problems like, busy holiday season, remote locations, or extreme weather conditions, etc. you may be eligible for a shipping time extension. If the returning extension is granted it will be ten days only. (Only one return extension granted per item) To determine if an extension is needed, it will be determine by the date and time on the shipping label or online at the shipping carrier or service website or through email, or phone calls. A tracking number must be provide to GDWstore within ten (10) days from the time the shipping carrier or service receives the package. If these guidelines are not followed, there will be no replacement, refunds, or exchanges.
Merchandise Condition
      You must return the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent, not open, not used, abused, or altered in anyway. It must be in the same condition as it was when you received it:
  •     It must be in its original manufactures packaging material boxes, bags, packing material, wire ties, etc.
  •     All accessories like connecting cables, batteries, remote controls, etc. must be returned as well
  •     Certificates, owner’s manuals, warranty cards, and rebate cards must be returned as well
     Make sure you follow these guidelines. If the guidelines are not followed, the merchandise could be return back to customer and the customer will pay the return shipping cost. If everything is not returned there may be a range of actions that can be taken, which including but not limited to, limitations on buying privileges and/or suspension of account, denied refunds, legal cost, and other expenses, cost or fees. In addition, the customer will not get a refund, replacement, or exchange for any merchandise that does not meet the condition in this policy and the customer will be responsibility for all returning cost.
Exchange or Replacements
     If the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise, the customer can return the merchandise for an exchange or a replacement of the same product at any time, within the thirty-days (30). The thirty-day (30) deadline starts on delivery date at the customer’s location and the merchandise that is being returned must be in its original condition, unused, and in resalable condition and it is in the manufacture original packaging material unopen. If you are exchanging for a different size, color, model, style, etc. we will inform the customer by email of any cost increase or decrease in the replacement merchandise, that is being used to replace the returning merchandise and if the shipping charges has increase or decrease or there is any restock fees or other charges  that may applies. If there is a decrease in the merchandise cost GDWstore will refund the different after any shipping charges, restock fees, and/or handling fees have been deducted. (If it applies) If the new merchandise cost is higher, GDWstore will charge the customer for the difference in the price of the merchandise and/or shipping cost.
Damaged Merchandise
     If the merchandise has manufactures damage related, then GDWstore and our affiliates will back the manufactures 30 day guarantees. Return the damage merchandise to the address that GDWstore will provide to the customer. All damaged merchandise claims must be reported to GDWstore within 48 hours of original delivery date. If the damaged merchandise is the result of packaging being damage, disturbed or harmed by the shipping carrier or service to the customer’s location, GDWstore, or our affiliates are responsibility to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier or service for the damage merchandise. When the damage merchandise is received, it will be inspected, to determine the origin of damage. The damage merchandise must be returned to GDWstore or our affiliates so it can be held for up to 14 days so the shipping carrier or services can inspection the damage merchandise. Please allow between 2 to 4 weeks for damage claims to be reviewed and finalized by the shipping carrier or service insurance company. When the damage merchandise has been received, matching replacement merchandise will be sent to the customer. There are no exchanges for different merchandise to replace the damage merchandise, only new merchandise of the same, no exceptions. If the merchandise is sold as discounted merchandise, the customer will receive a store credit or a refund at the discretion price from GDWstore or our affiliates. All return requests must be approved prior to returning the merchandise.
Defective Merchandise
     For delivered merchandise that involves manufacturer-related problems or defects that related to design, construction, or originally intended usage, GDWstore will accept a request for returning of the merchandise. GDWstore must be contacted within 48 hours from the delivered date of the merchandise. On receiving and inspection the defective merchandise, the merchandise will be replaced with the same or similar merchandise that will be equal or greater in value. If replacement merchandise is unavailable then a refund will be provided to the customer minus any cost that may apply. If the customer refuses to accept the replacement merchandise or the returning defective merchandise is deemed non-defective, then the customer will incur a restock fee and other charges if they apply. GDWstore is not responsible for shipping costs related to returning merchandise back to the customer. If the merchandise that is received on a defective claim is deemed non-defective by GDWstore or our affiliates, and returned back to the customer responsibility to cover return shipping cost or the customer may elect to pay the restock fee of 30% for non-defective merchandise.
Sale, Discount, or Discontinued Merchandise
     Only regular priced merchandise qualifies for replacements, exchange, or refunded in most cases. Unfortunately, discontinued merchandise does not qualify for a replacement, refund, or exchanges. The discontinued merchandise will be clearly marked on the disruption page of that item. If the merchandise is damaged in return shipping, to GDWstore or our affiliates a damage claim must be filed with the shipping carrier or services, meeting their requirements in their policies, by the customer. If it is defective merchandise from the manufacturer and was sold as a discount item, it will be handled on a case-by-case base. In most cases, the customer will receive matching merchandise replacement or store credit that is equal to the value of the defective merchandise. If sold as a discount item then discount price will be used and not regular sale price. Discontinued merchandise with manufactures defects, the customer will receive a store credit for the discontinued value of the discontinued merchandise at the time it was sold. GDWstore will only issue store credit at the time the merchandise has been received and inspected. 
Gifts Cards Returns
     If a gift card was purchased to be a gift for a third party but is issued directly to GDWstore’s customer, then the GDWstore’s customer must be the person to contact GDWstore at gdwstore@yahoo.com about any gift card problem. If the reason for returning the gift card is accepted, then GDWstore’s customer will receive a store credit for the full value of the gift card minus any other fees that may apply. The gift card can be used in GDWstore only and only toward the next purchase at GDWstore. Store credit will be issued to GDWstore’s customer only not to the third party. (No cash refund for gift cards only store credit)
     If the gift card was sent to a third-party email and not to GDWstore’s customer email, then the third-party gift card receiver must return the gift card back to GDWstore. All the condition for returning merchandise that was mentioned in this Policy; also apply to gift card returns. GDWstore will not issue cash refund for gift cards, only store credit. If GDWstore’s customer gives a gift card to a third party and the third-party card receiver uses the gift card in GDWstore to buy merchandise then all transaction from that point on, will be between GDWstore and the third-party card receiver. All of the terms and conditions in all of the policies will apply to the third-party card receiver as will. Greats Deals Webstore will consider the third-party card receiver as a new customer. 
Buyer Remorse or Unwanted Returns
     Buyer Remorse or Unwanted merchandise that is returned may be subject to a 20% to 30% restocking fee and/or a handling fee of 20%. GDWstore deals with many manufacturers, fulfillment companies, warehouses, venders, dealers and suppliers and each one of them have their own return policies, terms, and conditions. Some of GDWstore’s affiliates have a restock fee and some do not, some have a handling fee and some do not, and some have both. Depending on where the merchandise came from, will determine whether there is a restocking fee or not, or handling fee or not. Merchandise must be in an unused and unopen condition only.
Non-Returnable Merchandise

     Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or personal hygiene goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  1. Electronics Merchandise: If the item is defective, the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the merchandise is unwanted and unopen, this item may be returned back to GDW or our affiliates. However if the merchandise has been opened it is not returnable. GDWstore and our affiliates are not a technical support team for any technical support; the original manufacture or publisher of the product has the technical support team to help you.

  2. Gaming Merchandise: All of the games come with a Manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified in the description section of the merchandise’s page. If the merchandise is defective, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer or publisher. GDWstore and our affiliates are not a technical support team for these products; the original manufacture or publisher of the product has the technical support team to help you

  3. Personal Care Merchandise: If the merchandise is defective, the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and is unopen, this item may be returned back to GDW or our affiliates

  4. Download Merchandise: if the merchandise is defective, the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. Downloadable software products like games, security type programs, office or business type programs, etc. are not returnable for any reason to GDWstore or our affiliates. GDWstore and our affiliates are not a technical support team for these products; the original manufacture or publisher of the product has the technical support team to help you

  7. If the merchandise is not in its original condition or the manufactures packing material has signs that it has been open
  8. Any merchandise that is pasted the 30 day timeline from the delivery date that the customer received the merchandise
  9. GDWstore was not contacted within the first 48 hours from delivery date with a request to return the item
  10. All gift cards are non-refundable except for what is required by law. If the returning gift card is accepted, only store credit will be issued.
  11. Monogrammed, personalized, custom-made, or special order items cannot be exchanged or returned, exception for manufacturer defect
  12. Baby clothing and Destination Maternity items
  13. Items that are classified as hazardous materials like flammable liquids, chemicals, drugs, gases, etc.
  14. Any product missing the serial number or UPC code (with the exception of Antiques or Collectibles items)
  15. Health and personal care items
  16. Items with other special shipping restrictions that is imposed by U.S. Department of Transportation
  17. If it is paper products like; newspapers, maps, magazines, and some books
  18. The merchandise that is being return was not received within the timeline and an extension was not granted
  19. If the reason for returning the merchandise are superficial flaws beyond GDWstore or our affiliates control
  20. Storage device for entertainment, personal enjoyment, personal pleasure, educational, etc. it cannot be returned for any reason
  21. CD, DVD, VHS, tape, Software, Video games, Cassette tape, Vinyl record, etc. are not returnable
  22. If there is, damaged or missing parts for some reason that is not due to GDWstore, our affiliates fault, a refund will be rejected
  23. If a tracking number is not received within the ten days (10) deadline or contact is not made to GDWstore about tracking problems
  24. Order that are shipped out of the continental USA
  25. If you send the merchandise back to the manufacturer and did not contact GDWstore first
Reasons for Return Denied
     There are certain conditions in which a replacement, refunds, or exchanges will not be approved or considered.

The list below is reason why a replacement, refunds, or exchanges are denied

  1. Contact was not made with GDWstore within the first 48 hours from deliver date
  2. If a tracking number is not received within the ten day (10) deadline or contact is not made to GDWstore about tracking problems
  3. The merchandise that is being return was not received within the deadline stated above and an return extension was not granted
  4. If the merchandise that is being returned is damage or lost in transit from the customer’s location to GDWstore or our affiliates
  5. If the reason for wanting to return merchandise are superficial flaws beyond GDWstore’s or our affiliates control
  6. If the merchandise is a discontinued item and it was clearly marked in the disruption as being a discontinued item
  7. It is more than 30 days past the delivery date
  8. If the merchandise is maliciously damage by humans, adults, children, or animal
  9. Manufactures original packaging material has been open or removed
  10. The condition of the merchandise is not in a resalable condition
  11. If these guidelines are not followed, there will be no replacement, refunds, or exchanges
Refunds
     Returns falling under “buyer remorse” will be subject to the restocking fee in most cases and a return handling fee in some cases. When the returning merchandise has been received and inspected by GDWstore or our affiliates an email will be sent to the customer to notify the customer that we have received their returned merchandise and if the customer has been approval or rejection for a refund, exchange, or replacement. If the customer receives a refund, all restock fees, return fees, shipping cost, and handling fees (if applies) will be subtracted from the refund. If the customer has followed all of the requirements in this policy and you are approved for a refund, allow 4 to 6 business days for an initial response to the customer that requesting a refund. Some manufacture, warehouse, vendor, distributor, dealers, and suppliers will charge a restock fee of 20% to 30% and/or a handling fee of 20% for returning merchandise. This percentage is based on the merchandise’s selling price at the time the costumer bought the merchandise. Merchandise that is on sale or discounted it will be based on sale or discount prize at the time the purchase was made. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and any other charge that may apply is the responsibility of the customer. Once the customer’s merchandise has been process, a credit refund will automatically be applied to the customer original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
     If you have not received your refund within 90 days from the date that it was issued then contact your bank or credit card company. GDWstore’s name will show-up as greatdealswebs, GDWstore, GDW, S*GDWstore or any other combination of store abbreviation. It may take the Bank or Credit care companies some time before your refund is officially posted in your Bank account or Credit Card account. This can take up to 90 days for it to show-up on the statement. Also, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to find out if they have received the funds. Banks reserve the right to hold on to money transaction up to fourteen business days after the date the Bank has received the money transfer. There is often some processing time before refunds are posted. If you have, done all of the steps above and you still have not received your refund within the thirty days, please contact us at: gdwstore@yahoo.com and we will work with you to find out where your refund is and fix the problem.
