Great Deals Webstore, GDWstore, or GDW are all the some company and not three separate companies, websites, domain name, or web stores. We reserve the right to use Great Deals Webstore, GDWstore, or GDW interchangeable at any time at our discretion
- Throughout this policy, the terms “we, us, and ourselves refer to Great Deals Webstore, GDWstore, GDW
- The words “You, Customer, Purchaser, Receiver, Buyer, or Client” refer to you, when you are in the store looking around or buying items
- The words “Merchandise, Products, Item, or Items” refers to the things that are in the store for sale to the public
- The words “Shipper, Service Carrier, Oversized Shippers, Freightliners, or Trucking Service” refers to the companies that transport the merchandise to its final destination from its starting location
Access to and use of GDWstore and the products that are available through the Website will be subject to all of the terms in all these policies. Access to this Webstore is on a temporary basis. By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the terms in all of the policies relating to this webstore. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these policies without notice. We will not be liable for any reasons if this Website is unavailable at any time. Merchandise Condition
These items have been used by a previous owner(s) and are not brand new. Warranty cards, user’s manual, cases, accessories, and other items that may have been sold with item when it was purchase from the ordinal store may have been lost, forgotten about, put in the trash, etc. may not be with the items any more. These items are sold “as is” and we do not want them back. Pictures will show you everything that is included in the sale so look at them over vary closely. for merchandise, that involves “buyer remorse” may be returnable under some condition which will be determined on a case-by-case bases. The merchandise most is in the same condition when it is received at GDWstore as it was when it was sent. Photos in owner records will be the determining factor of merchandise condition. There will be a 15% returning/handling fee and a 20% restock fee along with state sales tax and shipping cost that will be subtracted from the total sell price at the time the item was sold. The returning merchandise must meet all of the guidelines that are stated in this policy.

Return Timeline
The return timeline start at the time the item is received by the customer at the address that the customer provided at the time they checked out and paying for the merchandise. The customer has 48 hours from deliver date to made contact with GDWstore at gdwstore@yahoo.com to request returning information for returning the merchandise. After contacting GDWstore by email with a return request, the customer will receive an email in return with returning information and address to return the merchandise. On receiving the return information, the customer has ten (10) days to provide GDWstore with a tracking number. The ten (10) day timeline starts from the time the customer received the shipment. If GDWstore does not receive the tracking number within the (10) day deadline the shipment will be rejected and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

- If the return is approved you will receive an email with the address to return the item too

You have ten days to repackage the merchandise for shipping and provide GDWstore with a tracking number no tracking number on refund
Buyer Remorse
Buyer Remorse or Unwanted merchandise that is returned will be subject to a 15% returning/handling fee and 20%. Restock fee. In addition, any shipping cost, state sales tax, etc. will be deducted from the sale total if they apply. All of these fees and cost will be subtracted from the sale price at the time the merchandise sold. If you feel you should get the state sales tax back, contact your states IRS division. GDWstore did not receive that money at the time the item was purchase we were only told how much was removed from the total sale price. As for the shipping cost contact the carrier that deliver the merchandise to you. This money was also deducted from the total sell price and we were only told how much it was.
Undeliverable Merchandise
Refusing to accept a package that is being delivered, to the customer, the customer will incur a returning/handling fee of 20% and a restock fee of 20%, along with any cost that is needed for returning the undelivered merchandise back to GDWstore. Shipping charges are not refundable on refused delivery. Merchandise returned to GDWstore by the carrier for insufficient address, incorrect address, and inability to deliver, or for any other undeliverable reason will incur the 20% returning/handling fee and a 20% restock fee and any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable on orders returned by the carriers requiring, C O D the customer will be charge for all shipping cost to and from both locations. If the undeliverable merchandise is returned and there is no contact from the customer, the merchandise will be put on hold for 90 days and will be charged a storage fee. If there is no response from the customer after 90-day then the item will be put up for sale again.
Refunds
Returns falling under “buyer remorse” will be subject to the restocking fee in most cases and a return handling fee in some cases. When the returning merchandise has been received and inspected by GDWstore or our affiliates an email will be sent to the customer to notify the customer that we have received their returned merchandise and if the customer has been approval or rejection for a refund, exchange, or replacement. If the customer receives a refund, all restock fees, return fees, shipping cost, and handling fees (if applies) will be subtracted from the refund. If the customer has followed all of the requirements in this policy and you are approved for a refund, allow 4 to 6 business days for an initial response to the customer that requesting a refund. Some manufacture, warehouse, vendor, distributor, dealers, and suppliers will charge a restock fee of 20% to 30% and/or a handling fee of 20% for returning merchandise. This percentage is based on the merchandise’s selling price at the time the costumer bought the merchandise. Merchandise that is on sale or discounted it will be based on sale or discount prize at the time the purchase was made. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and any other charge that may apply is the responsibility of the customer. Once the customer’s merchandise has been process, a credit refund will automatically be applied to the customer original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 90 days from the date that it was issued then contact your bank or credit card company. GDWstore’s name will show-up as greatdealswebs, GDWstore, GDW, S*GDWstore or any other combination of store abbreviation. It may take the Bank or Credit care companies some time before your refund is officially posted in your Bank account or Credit Card account. This can take up to 90 days for it to show-up on the statement. Also, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to find out if they have received the funds. Banks reserve the right to hold on to money transaction up to fourteen business days after the date the Bank has received the money transfer. There is often some processing time before refunds are posted. If you have, done all of the steps above and you still have not received your refund within the thirty days, please contact us at: gdwstore@yahoo.com and we will work with you to find out where your refund is and fix the problem.
