Porcelain Basket of Colorful Flowers

     This porcelain flowers and basket is nicely design and handmade that is has a hard glaze finish. It is marked “Made in China” with a red oval label on the bottom of the basket. There is not much information on this basket of flowers. It has a small oval shaped red label that has white lettering on the bottom of the basket. There are no other hallmarks on the basket to help identify the maker. During the 1960s to the 1970s, Chines manufactured produced with a low-end dime-store quality. Some of these items were porcelain novelty items. In the 80s China started copy other countries products to sale in the USA marketplace and to the world. Label like this one started appearing in the 70s and 80s. In the 1960s, China started flooding the market with all kinds of copies, of products from other countries. I would date this from med 60s to late 70s. It is in mint condition with no cracks, chips, necks, fleabites, repairs, or stains.
