Moeller Industrial Thermometer

     This is a 1920s Moeller brass industrial temperature gauge thermometer. It measures temperature from 30 deg. to 230 deg. in Fahrenheit and would be used in industrial boilers, stem engines, ship boilers, etc. The Moeller Interment Company was established about the 1920s and produced this thermometer and other equipment measurement instruments. These Moeller brass industrial temperature gauge thermometer was found in the silver valley in Kellogg, Idaho. The housing is made of brass and the glass is in good condition. It was painted black at one time and the paint is coming off in some places.  I do not think it is a working thermometer. The Moeller Interment Company produced instruments, thermometers, psychrometers, barometers, hydrometers, etc. and is still in business today.
